My 38c G-ones measure 40/41mm on a 22.5mm internal width rim if that helps at all...
So on a 19mm internal rim width they would be less than that, I think?
I could go for the compass 42mm tyres and if they don't fit, sell them on. I'd rather know up front though.
As a plan, how does: "build the Pacenti rims onto high flange Phil double fixed hubs with Sapim race spokes; then mount them and measure tyre clearance before deciding on tyres" sound?
(Exeecise for the reader: insert bit about me lacing them up and @vince truing them up for me)
