I rode my 29er scandal (basically an alu inbred) fixed for a couple of winters it was great.
This frame wouldn’t do the job as it has vertical dropouts. Also the geometry doesn’t look compact.
There was a 26" horizontal dropout, disc braked Inbred frame. Long top tube and 135mm rear spacing may not work for you.
Mines now got a Genesis CdF fork and 27.5 wheels with gravel kings for pottering about.
