The build isn’t the problem. It’s the size and the paint job. It’s not a caad, its not a track frame, it’s not the same material, it’s not even made on the same continent.

Gotta hydrate though... nothing worse than getting 100k into a ride and realising you've gone too light on the waters...

Dunno about California but in England we have things called taps where water comes out

I don't know, they kinda suit the size of the frame. I'd wager smaller bottles might look odd.

no choice only got one bottle holder ,had to ride around for 3 days with a 1 litre bottle

Got this up and running again. New frame (no corrosion!) but mostly the same components as on the previous build

Thanks. The old frame was badly corroded around the lugs, nothing structural however. Sold it a while ago.
