I see the UCI have rejected Froome’s defence.
So is the next step is to decide if it's an ADRV and a ban? -
• #7278
That’s not quite true is it. They’ve referred the case to an anti doping tribunal, which is pretty much the standard process for this.

Which part isn't true?
It goes to the anti doping tribunal to decide if an ADRV has been commited -

On the local/national scene there's been lots rumours about a certain rider from a London club (now moved to another club within the vicinity) in his late 40s. Apparently he was reported to UKAD last summer after repeatedly attacking a break in a Nat B race containing a number of full time Elite riders 20 years younger than him.
This season he's upped his game, put on a load of muscle bulk and has been smashing it even more.
One of his former teammates (who was apparently thrown out of the club for calling him out) went postal on instagram last night calling him out with subtle and very not subtle digs.
He finished ahead of both @skinny and myself in our respective last races to help narrow it down ;)

They're taking a "grass route" approach. But it doesn't say anything about grass track racing?
I guess they can't claim to take a "grass roots" approach with support from an investment bank.

Instagram links deleted I think.
Yeah Steve Cockshall, who's threatened legal action in the strava link, hence the deleting I assume...

He's done back-to-back Nat B races the last couple of weekends. Picking up a win and a 3rd place in the process. Apparently very active in all 4 races. That's some impressive recovery for a man 10 years younger...

so juiced up all winter now reaping the benefits while pissing clean. If he wanted to clear his name he would go himself to get tested instead of telling people to report him.
If reported what the the chances UKAD or WADA or whoever will actually go test him?

Quite possibly. That said I've got very little doubt that you can get away with it at amateur level. They're not exactly going to pick up micro-dosing or if he's been smashing every substance known to man in the off season.
Testosterone or some other recovery would make more sense
