  • 9 weeks on keto now and lost 9kg exactly.
    Still loving this diet.
    Still missing beer (but learning to love rum & ginger beer or g&t).

  • How can you drink ginger beer and rum on a keto diet?

  • Started again on this with a bit more focus now. Current carbs around 50-100g a day depending on how I'm feeling and will look to drop that next week to under 50g. Feel much better and minimal sugar cravings so far.
