Cupcakes

What inner rim width would people recommend for the following:

29*2.4 MTB tyres
700*38 gravel tyres
700*30 gravel /road tyres

29x2.4" Well for me that is a 30mm internal width
the other 19mm internal width plus.

you can of course use narrower rims and you wont die it just the tyres wont perform at the best.

Thanks. 35mm internals overkill do you think? I have clearance for a plus tyre on the bike, certainly at the fork.
