Running

I’m a premium user, I really like the graphs you get, in particular split times overlayed on top of the gradient, buy just a month to try and then pay for the year if useful.

Couple of friends who're trying running are wondering if strava premium is worth it? I've been saying no, unless using hr. Any counter arguments?

I tend to get offered a free premium trial every other month, so I sign up and them immediately cancel the renewal. Thinking about it, I don't really see/use any of the features...

Save the money and put it to some nice trainers or a watch.
