Ha! You really wanna go there? Germany is pretty close to Belgium. Wiggo.
At least she lives in Australia. Froome.
Your TS guy couldn't even speak English he was so fresh off the plane. -

Maybe he saw Hayman and thought, fuck it, why not.
(Yes, I know how many rides Hayman has had in PR, that's not my point) -
• #16279
He wants all the monuments.
He's only 35. So another 15 years in him before he's the same age as Valverde.

Hayman is a great example of a rider winning P-R late in a career, but at least he loves the race and rode the shit out of it throughout his career. He also won it in the coolest way possible, in the break all day, sit in with the favourites as they ride across to him, do no work because he's been in the break all day and then mug them in the sprint. Chapeau.

Ha! Yes I am looking forward to another 15 years of Gilbert riding at the top level like Valverde.
If he wanted all the monuments he should have started earlier. I think the 50k breakaway in Ronde fried his head a bit.
-
• #16282
70k solo breakaway, wasn't it?.. :)
-
• #16283
Has he taken the same amount of drugs as Valverde though?
-
• #16284
Gilbert last year? I thought he went clear with about 55k to go.
-
• #16285
Not since 2011...
-
• #16287
Glad I missed that then.
-
• #16288
who?

Wiggins has only ever had a British passport, unlike Garfoot or Haussler.
Froome’s parents were British and he had said he’s always considered himself British.
Frankly I don’t give a toss about people changing nationality but you are forever beating that drum so I thought I’d call you out on it.

Next you'll be telling us that Davide Rebellin isn't Argentinian.
-
• #16291
No English finished Paris Roubaix this year amazing innit.
-
• #16292
Oh and Flandres.
-
• #16293
So in the interest of better racing and Froome would grate in a new job on ITV ban power meters for the tours.

When your P-R team car is actually on the broom wagon and you are DFL
-
• #16295
Apparently the gates to the velodrome were already shut by the time he got there.
He didn't look like he'd been down. Just a bad day?
-
• #16296
It reminds me of this brilliant video from five years ago, with a young Chris Juul-Jensen who went on to be the lanterne rouge.
-
• #16297
He was an hour behind Sagan, the broom wagon was properly hounding him as we walked back along the carrefoure d'abre. Fair play to him though.

Just wondering what Terpy was wondering coping a feel like that.
have you every raced cyclocross!? standard practice isn't it? Obviously any difference in performance is entirely down to getting your tyre pressure wrong.

Such a feel good story, and so deeply needed.

Chapeau Evaldas Siskevicius
Yeah but he is a long way into his career, its very late to suddenly decide winning Paris-Roubaix is one of your career goals. When you have only ridden it once before.
