  • Does anyone have any recommended vegan protein powder/post workout drink - ideally that 1) can be mixed with water and 2) not rank (2 possibly unlikely). Thanks

  • Just out of curiosity. To prevent muscle soreness or to increase protein intake?

  • The bulk powders complete vegan blend seems popular and they always have offers.
    They also do a hemp one which is meant to be good but I've only ever used pea/rice proteins. Mixability is always an issue with plant proteins because they can't dissolve but generally they're ok – hemp is known to be the least-mixable but many people swear by it.

  • I use the pulsin pea protein. I usually mix it with a smoothie or something, but it seems pretty neutral. Usually not too pricey too.
