Possibly from seeing discussion on Berlin expat forums where American baristas are asking if they would qualify for a working visa/complaining about it not being given.
mmm. The global economy is crying out from a shortage of pretentious coffee makers and you'll be ushered through kafkaesque working permits ahead of surgeons, nurses and engineers.
