Found an article in English, it's a £10k e-bike, weighs 10kg. 30km range which is pretty damn weak but it's apparently got regenerative braking at the rear which is an interesting idea.

£10k, and they can't:

-Find a frame that doesn't look like a budget Chinese crabon
-route a cable properly
-make a disc trispok that doesn't look like budget Chinese crabon
-Find some reasonable pedals
-Find a model with decent taste in drinks.
