Switched to a wheelset that'll allow me to get out on it a bit more often as I'd started missing riding it..

How did your previous wheel set stop you from riding?

They were triangular.

It's been raining so I passed some time. More a proof of concept for the 52/20 three speed, handlebar stem and my shimmed seat post. It all seems to work.

Well how kind. The 500A (440mm) wheels of the Kingpin were in need of a few spokes and polish whereas the 451mm of a Raleigh Twenty were okay but need new tyres. I think I'll cable up these bars then if I change for flatter bars or the originals I can shorten them. I've got some panniers but I think they'll drag on the ground.

Are the scratches and chips all round the other side? :-)

• #16391
There are a few but they are not really visible, even from the other side. It’s my daily really so that’s more what my post was about. I use it to go everywhere!

They're horrible but does anyone know what those front wheels are? I'm guessing they come from a wheelchair. No spokes and what appears to be perforated sheet metal in its place. That or they're some kind of allow wheel. But the perforations match the metalwork at the back of the bike, which definitely looks like sheet metal.

Are those bars not a bit high? Surely some BMX cruiser class bars would be better.

probably custom made by the props department/bike builder

Quite likely. Seems odd they wouldn't just attach the sheet metal to the spokes though. Or how the wheel is actually strong enough, if no spokes.
