I'm not a fan of sticks and sushi, they serve mediocre quality fish on
ice thus making it ice cold on the tongue and robbing it of any of its
flavour.
Chotto Matte is pretty decent, they do a lot of fusion stuff as it's
Japanese/Peruvian, and not amazing quality in my opinion, but it's a
good dining out experience.
As a qualifier, I'm not a fan of all the sushi dishes where there's
about 7 different types of fish draped over each other and then
covered in sauces and crispy onion. Good quality fish should speak for
itself and this sort of flagrant dress-up is just an attempt at
masking fish that would be immediately recognised as being mediocre in
flavour and cut.
