Google ‘north road’ handlebars. These are the type used on some Dutch and town bikes. Try lbs bargain bins. Sometimes they’re steel (no bad thing).
They work great as dirt drops when flipped.
Sometimes... they were ugly as sin on my bike. Though maybe the all-round ugliness of the rest of it was a factor in that.
Dude. Not a difficult fix. Wrap tape, get ride of chainring or bring in a derailleur. Get rid of silly basket or extend rack, change fork to something lighter, modern tyres, shorten rear brake cable, and hey presto. Done.
