After the first 10 miles of riding through a fine spray of tiny water droplets I started to feel the damp in my shoes. By the time I got to BC they were just about to close up. Spent the first few miles trying to catch @almac68 who, I was informed by @Object had only set off 10mins before me... Never got to see him, though he did apparently see me at Jamm. Poked my head through the door at LMNH but couldn't see anyone I knew. Eventually I found Thomas Stevens (not on here) with a few of his friends that I see once a year at the Dog & Bell. A very nice pint & pork pie was enjoyed (don't tell the rabbi). Found @Skülly at the end - nice to see you fella. Also, think I saw @OneLessCardigan from a distance somewhere in the back streets of Brixton, looking like he was on the way home.
A surprisingly enjoyable day considering the weather. Next time I'll wear shoe covers
