90s retro cycling kit

Cycling kit with chrono/watch theme. Jersey is in ok condition. The material on the shorts feels old, has lost some of its elasticity and chamois pad is beated.
Bought as vintage item and worn once for a fun cycle race.

I'd say a small medium. Top is approx 47cm pit to pit but No info/readable tag. Shorts says M-3
