Maybe check if it can take 650b tyres? reckon you can squeeze 42mm, or even 47mm.

Yes, looked at the route but the chain stays are bended weird so thats a no go, but the fork already clears a lot more tire then the rear, don't understand what dolan was thinking.

Dolan not the only one, a lots of manufacturer do this, the main reason is usually chainstay clearance.
