It does make you realise why most DSLRs have quite a chunky handgrip. I don’t miss it with the smaller lenses, but would probably feel more stable with the larger lenses if I had the accessory grip.

I just spent a day assisting a mate shooting with a canon EOS cinema camera and a bunch of prime T-stop lenses - it wasn’t all that far off your picture there...

My Canon 550d won't turn on so I need a replacement for it. I'd prefer the same thing again as I can reuse my extra batteries, but not crucial.
Anything = Canon 550d or above will do as long as it is cheap.
I am not looking for anything fancy as I am mostly using it for filming. -

Do you use magic lantern? If so, another 550D might be the best shout.
-
• #656
Yeah I have in the past. I do/did love my 550d.
I can't figure out whether it might be worth getting it fixed? Where would I take it in London to get it fixed?
I brought it to Koksijde for SSCXEC and I wonder if it was sand + weather that have killed it. -

call Aperture, speak to Richard; or call Fixation.
do NOT go to Sendean ever.

Ta!
I might have to. I have found the flaw. Micro switch on SD card door is faulty. Camera only turns on when door is open. Some how it got knocked so it works in reverse. I am contemplating removing tab on door or fiddling with the micro switch. I can't figure out what is most smart to do. I don't to bring my shitty camera into Aperture #loser -

neither Aperture nor Fixation will be mean to you!
but Fixation will probably be faster for that. they are very very professional indeed, can't say enough good things about them. -
• #662
Thanks. Ill give it a go.

What were you using it for if not camera stuff? Especially with that foam config - I call either computer or bomb.
Excellent case + price. Someone get it.

Truth be told found it in my old flat when we were clearing it out - Didn’t belong to any of my flatmates so must have been a long gone previous tenant. Was empty. Thought it might come in use for something but has sat in my cupboard for a year taking up space

It's pretty bashed and scuffed (though that is the point of the things) and I'd want to take a look at the seal before putting any gear in it and assuming it'll still be water proof but 20 quid an absolute steal:

Someone local should nab this for sure.

Anyone has a suggestion on a nice tele lens for my OM-D5 MkII ? (i.e. m43 camera)
UPDATE: found the one I'd love (M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 40‑150mm 1:2.8 PRO), just too expensive :/
