Sea to summit ultralight might be a good mid-price option, £80, 395g and a 7.5 x 17 cm pack size. Not insulated but smallest pack size I've seen and still has 5cm depth. Found a good comparison here, recon the Xlite is probably better for a side sleeper. Maybe worth the extra £30 in the long run..
