I’ll have to check later but I actually do think I noticed the hoses have some sort of little connector near the bars. I didn’t know what it was for but would be brilliant if it was for making easy and quick connections.

Hoping there’s enough slack though, as you mention @Nahguavkire

Read this carefully:

The distance from the front caliper to the left lever is practically the same as the distance from the front caliper to the right lever. Moving this over will be fine.
Same goes for the rear too.

First thing first, you’re spot on however the hosing exit on the right side of the frames to prevent cable housing rub on the headtube (a California cross), I recommend getting a sticker on the headtube to prevent the housing from rubbing on the headtube.
