I’ll have to check later but I actually do think I noticed the hoses have some sort of little connector near the bars. I didn’t know what it was for but would be brilliant if it was for making easy and quick connections.
Hoping there’s enough slack though, as you mention @Nahguavkire

If there are the easy hose joint connectors near the bars a simple swap may be possible.
