  • They're just showing their support for those who fight to keep us all safe so they can endanger those lives instead. If anyone is going to murder their fellow brits it's them.

  • Last week I attempted to draft a go-ped going up Kingsland road. Guy was keeping a constant 25mph according to my Garmin, I could barely keep up because I'm fat and slow.

  • This morning, in the dozy period between my radio coming on and actually waking up, I dreamt that I woke up and it was snowing again. I think in the dream I yelled out in horror.

The sunshine was a welcome surprise.

  • Love the consistency of abuse for riding a bike in London, shouted at for stopping at a red light by the cabbie next to me as a few other cyclist sailed through the lights, somehow my stopping angered him more so then if I'd gone through them. Then some halfwit who was stood at the crossing, lights green for me decides to step out when I'm about a bike length away I give a watchout shout he replies with a mouth of abuse. Also big shout out to the oldish coupled with the massive old skool Beemer who for whatever reason decided upon stopping for the lights that there isn't enough time in the world and promptly when through the lights to cause a bit of a jam. Should laugh but I did like there don't give toss attitude.

  • Take a handful of your shit and throw, throw with glee...

  • I had someone have a go at me for stopping at the red light whilst the crossed out 6ft before the crossing and complaining that I almost hit them......well if you crossed in the correct place love...

  • Had a car driving behind me honk at me a few times this morning. Gave them the finger as they overtook me, only to realise it was my ex's dad trying to say hello.

  • Ha ha ha ha ha!

  • This morning's commute was dope

    literally dope

  • only to realise it was my ex's dad trying to say hello.

    That’s amazing

Did you try to pretend you were waving?

  • Nah, he had it coming.

  • LET THE SUMMER HORDES COME FORTH!

    Nice out, innit?

  • Nah - they're virtue signalling, Help for Heroes does very little actual work, they are just a fundraising organization who then give money to real charities. If they actually cared they'd give money directly to real charities, by doing it via HFH all they're doing is paying the salaries of HFH staff and giving less to charities doing the actual work.

  • I put new pads in and put TP42 in my freehub and cleaned the cassette. These things are probably not related and it was more to do with the caffeine dosing but I was flying this morning. Weeeee!

  • That bloody wind! Grovelled against it last night, it switched to be against me again this morning and the fecker is switching again to get me tonight. Gonna catch the train tomorrow, in yer face wind!!

  • Got held up by a car with Russian plates last night. I can’t help thinking it must be Jeremy Corbyn’s fault.
Glorious ride in this morning on the fancy bike with a tailwind, only spoiled by a black cab driver who cut me up and forced his way past in the narrow section on New Fetter Lane. I’m sure it was totally worth it for the six or seven seconds he was ahead of me.

  • They're doing some resurfacing work on the New King's Road so the surface is really shitty, and for a glorious half mile my 38mm 650b tubeless tyres were in their element

  • ... otherwise they’re pointlessly huge for riding on the roads, but, y’know, fashion and edsquabble told me to get them.

  • I was passed by a BMW with Russian plates yesterday. He was on his mobile, but I thought it best to not say anything.

    @Skülly yeah yeah whatever

  • Glorious wevah! Sun/10.
