Hello, when the website/Roberts initially closed down, there was a link provided to someone who had apparently taken any records, and made a charge for looking through for a frame number. There was no guarantee they’d find anything.
The website seems to be inaccessible but someone more technical may be able to find a way to cached pages.
I was always under the impression that few records remained, particularly of 70’s frames.
Sorry, not much help. -

This is the email for Brian Phillips who had worked at Roberts, he has whats left of the original paperwork. He will need the original owners name.

Roberts website is now back up again. There'll be a couple of interesting new announcements soon (but not that Chas is coming back as far as I know!).

Interesting.
May be Chas sold the brand to wiggle and soon some tig welded scaffolding from a mainland China will be labelled up.It'll be nice to see a decent workshop set up again south Londons finest.
Wonder if the old staff are still about very few of later frames were actually built by chas.
Winston has set up with his brother nd Geoff roberts is doing independent frame building and lessons for a while now.
Jigs and stuff must still be in storage and not scrapped or sold. -

Thank you!
It's actually a 53/47. I'm right at 6' so I'll be using a Nitto technomic 120mm extension to get the cockpit the same as my other road bikes. It's about 80% built and looks like a modern "compact" frame set with vintage flair and craftsmanship. It should be done in the next few days and I'll get photos posted.

We're considering commissioning a short run of Roberts Cycles jerseys just for this event. If you missed out on the original jersey (see below) and have £50-60 burning a hole in your pocket, we'd like to know.
The design and colours will be subtly different. There's not much time to get them into production (in time for the event above), so would like to gauge interest ASAP - please PM me if you're keen.. -
