Fingers crossed the person arrested is an immigrant of some description, in the hope that it may cause the Mail and Express to implode.

There's some sort of official halfway house at the bottom of the street where there seems to be a constant stream of scooters / cars doing drop offs. Don't think they're eating lots of takeaway. Legalise drugs. I bet that's most of the problem here.
