The Vegan Thread

We use wakame seaweed and a bit of miso to add fish (sea?) flavor and umami.
The rest of the ingredients you can take from your favorite version.

Of course topped by cashew/yeast Parmesan.

Thanks for the suggestion, have never used this seaweed stuff before!

Just had a Kamalive Cashew Cream Egg. Vegan, gluten free, no soy or refined sugar.
My reaction to the first bite was 'Fuck! What have I done to deserve this?'

Great food, hipster/hippy decor, super relaxed atmosphere, take your own booze, open kitchen with a bank of fridge/freezers between two seating areas...

Saw a chef walking to one of the freezers with a ton of tupperware, one of them labeled GF SHIT, assume this was Gluten Free SHIT... :)
