Lennon's are happy to do custom orders, so you could order any of their boots in that black rough kip leather and with a commando sole. It would probably be cheaper than the HebTroCos, but the flip side is they might be a bit more rough and ready; I get the impression Lennon have higher QA standards for the stuff they make under contract for other labels.
I view Lennon's stuff like Carradice - solid designs, British-made, hard-wearing, sometimes a bit agricultural, but fundamentally very good value. My next pair of boots will probably be one of their B5 replicas, but I think I'll wuss out and go for rubber half soles rather than hobnails...
