Thank you! I knew the kit was wrong for 2012, but couldn’t place the photo. Also, number 1 should have been a good enough clue.

It's Stannard's second Omloop win, hence the number 1.
Stannard won because a) he was the freshest, having been sat on for around 30 km; and b) it was really Terpstra vs Boonen.
