Nice, managed to eek out 20 Miles this morning mostly on Cornish coastal paths sore feet now but confident the amount of ascent I’ve done this week has built plenty of strength for Brighton in two weeks and my calf has held together, sports massage and rest now!
Nice! I'm hoping my quad holds up enough to get 20 in tomorrow which will give me around about 134 miles across six long runs which I'll be very happy with.
