What's going to be the best width of rim for a bike which runs 2.4-2.6" tyres the majority of the time, with occasional use of 2.2". 25mm?
Anything between 25-30mm internal width would suit. After a bit of experimenting, I prefer 30mm for 2.4-2.6 and 25mm for 2.2-2.3, depending on how accurate the tyre sizing is.
