I've got a tribe parkrun t shirt which seems decent. it doesn't get worn all that if he.
i normally wear a base layer and arm warmers under a short sleeve t shirt if it is cold or wet.
and gloves of course! (and socks, shorts or tights).
I think I'd melt in a sweatshirt
