Just got a message from my hotel in Iran - the snow is shit and they might be closing the resort early before I get there. fml

Not sure, but I'm there mainly to see Iran - was just going to ski for a few days at the start. Will make the most of it and go running in the lower mountains for a few days instead if needs be.
