Workshop space available, suitable for frame builders. South London

Isen is moving, we found a big space, and to start with we wont be using it all. As such there is going to be a chunk we want to sublet, about 600 sq feet. Not too sure how to go about it, but two options seem most obvious. Sublet whole space empty to someone, 3 phase onsite and gas allowed. Alternatively we can offer it to a few people as a workspace for frame building, with oxy acetylene and bench space available. The rest of the space is going to be taken up by Isen/Talbot/Hartley, so there will be a lot of frame building going on at any given time, people to take post in, give advice etc...

Workshop is the wrong side of streatham (but with a croydon post code, double gross) and is on an industrial estate. We are moving end of April and will have the space set up beginning of May.

Not wedded to it just being frame building in there, let me know if you want to do something else there.
