I haven't, but I know Trainer Road cream themselves over it on their podcast - big fans.

Strava. Look at the fast boys pacing strategy, apply to your own weedy numbers.

I tend to look at Steve Irwins first as judging by his posts on ttf he’s likely to have spent a long time thinking about it..
