Is the Duo? I like the look of them. I have spyres which seem to be wider than the bike itself so assume I’d also need to space

Any recommendations for a front rack for an Arkose?
(forks are not drilled)

already have a platform on the front but want a wire basket. Any about that i can just ziptie to the platform? Or do i just buy a wald and discard all the attachment bits...

Sale spam: I got a tubus duo, installed it, then realised I need something different, in case anyone is after one?

way to large!
might just have to go with the wald. seems a bit of a waste!

Are you planning to get a silver one? I have a wald basket with a broken leg, could be up for chipping in if you wanted to sell on the bits you don't want ;)

this could definitely happen! tbh you can have them for free, just didnt want to bin them

Any suggestions for a light front rack for my carbon forked Equilibrium? Does such a think exist or would I be better off with a rear rack.
I've a Gammoh Portuer on the fixed gear which I love but it weighs a ton and the Equilibrium is on the heavy side as it is.

I just picked up a pelago commuter and it feels pretty light
-
• #540
Thats very generous of you :)
Let me know!

Looks like it's about half the weight of the Gamoh. Did you go for the M or L? Looks like I'd need the L to fit my Chrome bag.
Light mount is a huge plus too!

I have the large. not installed it yet but comes with a cool assortment of fittings.

I no longer have one sorry!

think @t0-ster and maybe @frankenbike have one of these. although sjs are pretty helpful - you should be able to get a response from them directly - usually within 24 hours in my experience.

My dad has one, next time I see him i’ll measure it for you if no one gets back to you sooner!

I spent ages looking, asked the identical question a while back. Ended up not bothering, wasn't certain how their QR adapters works with regular road skewers and a carbon fork. Interested to hear how you get along.

Hmmm..the Equilibrium is 12mm thru axle so that's another thing i'll need to check out.
What did you do instead? Rear rack? Frame bag?

I wonder why though.. Could be them being over cautious?
Wald baskets seem to manage fine on the QR

Maybe over cautious, caveat that I'm no engineer but most of the weight will go into the QR, Minoura have no issue with the Gamoh working on road QRs. Maybe the extra weight on the fork crown when swinging the bike around concerns people?
I was checking those out - would be interested to hear your opinion as and when you’re in possession.
