Lots of organisations (especially oversees) have Neteller as a payment method (like PayPal). Not advocating/reviewing it but I have seen it on numerous occasions as a method

Had a look on google to see what that Neteller is about, wow, 1 out of 10 rating on trustpilot, reviews are interesting!

Do you have a NETELLER virtual debit card?

You should be able to use that to pay @Nickowalla using PayPal if you add your NETELLER virtual debit card as a payment source.

That will incur you FX Fees on NETELLER as it will count as a POS transaction with PayPal in a foreign currency to your NETELLER account but will make it possible.

Surprisingly to people who live within EU or USA, all online payments do not revolve around PayPal. South America are big users of NETELLER, and it's a product that enables a lot of people to be able to send money digitally.

Their trustpilot score is no lower than PayPal's at 1.2/10

Bank to bank IBAN Transfer, or if he has a relative in Europe or America, surely they could pay in the meantime? Balls to all this western union stuff.

okay then. We make this test with 5usd only for don't make any taxes. So i have to make a deposit here on my paypal account all money. It cost +-4 days.

Just to let you know, post offices here won't work during Easter.
First day after the holidays is Tuesday (10.04), so I will be able to post it then, if everything goes to plan.
