Haha, I went at it with shoe laces last night after watching this very video. Don't have ratchets to toe straps either.

Bought some of those £7.50 rims from PlanetX and got the wheels built up, and I can't get the damn tyres on! (Marathon Supreme 1.5")
I can get the tyres on without tubes, but not with tubes - I've never struggled before, but they are beating me at the moment. Any advice?
