What exactly is it - who manufactured it?
The dial looks like it’s had some work, the left hand subdial has been repainted and the hand is mismatched / not original. That doesn’t mean it’s not good value, depending on what’s inside. My guess is the rest of the dial is original. Can you get a movement shot and one of the caseback?

It's made by Chronographe Suisse.
They were basically tourist trap watches from the 40s - 60s so made of the thinest gold and cheapest materials.
They were for tourists who want to come home with a Swiss watch from their holidays.But they do look good, are increasing in value and this one is original (the asymmetric subdial hands are part of the original design).
I'll probably pass but will sleep on it.
