Not exactly casual, but has anyone seen anywhere (online or in-store) that has the new Shimano RT4 in the 'Grey Melange' colour?

Ha, yeah, I know. But you know, even in the "casual SPD shoes" thread there aren't many shoes that you can actually wear in to work or whatever.

These look alright as well - they might even be the same model as the black/orange ones that I posted before:
