I'm going to be re-spraying a cervelo s5 next week. I want it to be pretty much all black with white decals (matches my team kit) but part of me thinks i'm wasting an opportunity here and for a hundred euros extra I could do something more original. Are there any touches I should consider that would make it more interesting? I'm just asking because I really am a newbie when it comes to paintjobs and whilst I enjoy lurking this thread I'm not sure the majority of the looks would really suit a modern aero carbon bike.
The guy who's doing it custom paints the Italian olympic team frames so he's obviously competent enough to do pretty much everything.
