I’m not convinced on Wilders boxing ability. He is certainly very athletic. His reach makes up for his technical flaws.
Parker I think is too small to hang with the Super Heavy guys. If Bellew was prepared to fight him that says a lot to me. He was also terrible against H.Fury. His only hope is his chin is as solid as he claims.
I still suspect a full fit and focused T.Fury would beat all of these.
But it’s heavyweight boxing!

Wilder was very lucky to have the slow examination from the doctor after the round that Ortiz wobbled him. How the judges had Wilder up on the cards I'll never know. Fury v Wilder would be a very interesting fight stylistically.

Wilder vs Ortiz was quite the fight.

Last nights fights were great.
Uzcategui stopping Dirrell and he looked like a serious talent.
Bivol stopped Barrera in the fifth and looks like an absolute monster puncher at that weight.
Wilder has got a big right and plenty of reach and Joshua is a different animal to Ortiz. I think that fight will be a real contest having seen this match up.Also won £500 so I’m especially happy this morning.

Good work!!
Made all the more unbelievable by your GG vs Eubank prediction ;-)What were the predictions?

pow good nights work

Excellent betting. Bivol looks the real deal. I watched his fight in Monaco the power is scary he gonna own The light heavy division.
@GoatandTricycle i do think Fury would beat all of them, but the Joy of heavyweight division is the power anyone can get chinned.
Fury vs Wilder would be highly entertaining. Awkward vs awkward.

Wilders footwork and movement is terrible for an elite fighter, not sure how he’d cope with a bigger heavy tying him up and leaning on him either.
Also Fury doesn’t really have the same power as the others being mentioned which makes him a bit dull but he is effective.
I’d probably back Wilder or Fury against AJ mainly due to the home betting swaying the odds.

Taylor TKO inside 4 rounds
Brook TKO inside 4 rounds
Bivol to win by TKO
Ulcategui to win
Kovalev to win by TKO
Wilder to win by TKO -

Yeah, I think I'd just believed the hype maybe. Not my finest hour!
-
• #963
Yeah, when his eye opened up in the 2nd I thought maybe he cut easy but it was a clash of heads. He's a scary looking bloke even before you see his jab!

Wilder has a chin though!

Canelo testing positive clenbuterol. If I were Golovkin I’d insist on twice weekly testing between now and the fight.
-
• #966
I’m guessing it must be an extremely low amount.
Also when boxers test positive, it’s pretty weird because of how testing or there lack of forms part of the contract. -

Why would a multi millionaire boxer risk his reputation/career for choosing to eat what is commonly known as tainted meat. There have been multiple incidents where it has happened before and could have been easily avoided.
His last few training camps have been done in the US and now he chooses to do it in México and subsequently he gets flagged for clenbuterol, I’m not buying it.
-
• #968
Because it's the perfect excuse. Just blame it on the meat, and in the mean time get ripped and lean and make weight easier.
-
• #969
I'm a bit confused, you seem to contradict yourself.
I'm not sure what your point is? -
• #970
Not sure. All I’m saying that he has no excuse to test positive. Golovkin and Canelo as well apparently insisted on the voluntary testing. It’s highly suspicious at best.
-
• #971
I'd agree, but I haven't seen an accurate report of the amount?
It's especially odd having agreed to voluntary testing.
I'd be inclined to give the benefit of the doubt given a positive like you say would risk this rematch and he voluntarily signed up to testing.Maybe I'm naive...

Browne vs Whyte who do you have winning and how?
-
• #973
Gonna be a total slugfest I reckon - not really a fan of either.
I’d fancy Browne over Whyte to win by TKO but I’d probably put money on Whyte on points.
Saw him box in Camden a couple years ago, so I suppose I want him to win
-
• #974
I think if it turns to a slug fest Browne wins. Whyte needs to keep it long, use his speed and slightly better boxing skills. Browne carries power late too.
I’d say Browne stoppage second half.
-
• #975
Really? I’ve got Browne to stop it in first 6 or Whyte to win it on points
Wilder is a good boxer and like you said a serious athlete, personally i think Joshua comes unstuck vs Wilder. But it would be a good match up provided Joshua gets Parker which is not stroll in the park.
(Edit: meant fighter not boxer as in he has guts bravery and will keep going)
