Not got it, but while it looks awesome, and I'd love to see it do well. There doesn't seem to be much more going on that going around shooting skeletons.

Hopefully I'm wrong and it's actually great fun in the long-term!

It's got some poor reviews on the xbox store, but I've got game pass anyway and it's downloading right now. I'm snottyotter on xbox too, I ain't much of an online player but add away.

I don't think there is more than that (disclaimer: never played it), it's come across that it wasn't meant to be a big game but got some very positive responses from demos and so Microsoft ramped up the marketing massively.

Well, I imagine you're doing that because it makes more sense than buying it outright, not because I have reservations about the long-term playability of it ;)

Visuals are fine.
PS4 is HDMI to TV, TV is optical cable to soundbar.
I've moved the hdmi to a different port on the TV, no dice.

Any ideas?

Can you try optical cable straight to soundbar? Pretty sure PS4 should have that. Think you can set separate audio output in settings.

Edit: yeah, settings, sound and screen, audio output settings

Also probably worth testing audio through controller? Just for a check

Optical! Good shout, the sound bar has 2 optical inputs, so will dig out a spare optical cable over the weekend and try that.

Funny you say that. I was a huge Skate fan. I didn't like 2 as much as it came out at CoD's multiplayer peak when I was still 16 or whatever so didn't get into it. I had 3 briefly I think. I re-purchased 3 a few weeks ago and it's the only game I've played since. I just love the fact that I can pick it up for fifteen minutes and still get something out of it - complete a challenge or two. Just a real chill game that I can sit back on the sofa and play with no stress. Makes me want to get a skateboard again but I feel I'm too old now...

After going to a Tencent event where they gave everyone (indie games developers) free 'WiFi extenders' by some no name Chinese manufacturers, I wouldn't trust them with access to my data as far as I could throw them.

Skate 3 was one of the main reasons after GTA V and TLOU that I bought a PS3, I found it super jerky and the framerate kept dropping terribly making it very hard to play so haven't touched it since. Am keeping an eye on Session as it looks real nice. I got myself a skateboard a few weeks back after 14 years of no skating, all muscle memory is gone but it's still fun

Ooh haven't done group games on mobile. How do you communicate? Or just wing it? Happy to. Will try and figure out how to add people later. I don't sign in through FB though but as Guest if that means anything (no fb account).
