I was planning on using tnuts but upon closer inspection of the cabinet I realised that's not possible due to the way it's built.
The things in the link you posted are inserted into a hole from the same side as you would thread the bolt in to?
Yes, you insert them with a hex key, the bolt screws into the end with the flange fitted(the top).
