I tend to grade conservatively as well.
If it's something reasonably valuable, it's worth writing audio review of each track - pops / clicks etc... if you can. They seem to sell better/quicker.
Some buyers are very fussy and will ask lots of questions before buying. Others don't seem that bothered.
