Nothing like the longer climbs on Tenerife, obvs, though despite looking amazing, Winnats with 180km in the legs might not be fun... but with at least a semi-compact, you can stay seated without doing wheelies for the watching sheeps.
The quieter/longer Mam Nick up to Mam Tor (nearby, though 80km into your route) is much more enjoyable, and maybe harder when it ramps up towards the top... good luck to anyone riding it fixed come hill climb season!
