Can you explain the gearing? Both the low gear and the high gear seem very small to me for that type of bike. Looking good though!

Lovely. What's that yellow sheath on the cables? My LBS put some on my front shifter cable where it runs under the BB and it really smooths shifting. Not sure what it actually is tho...
We'd run out of black tape at the shop. I wasn't expecting it to snow overnight and make my ride sketchy as fuck. It has tape now
