Hah thanks, I had a good one, couldn't quite defend my title though!

Mostly word of mouth to be honest, my club also has quite a comprehensive calendar on the website of local events. http://www.tringrunningclub.org.uk/calendar/

Still one hell of an effort given the conditions.

Thanks for the link, just what I was looking for. When the summer comes and I’m a bit more confident in my running I might drop in to your club and see what it’s all about.
