Looking at the head tube length and the eBay pic of him measuring the seattube, I'm gonna guess at a 54cm frame. Just ask him to measure the head tube and toptube lengths, that'll confirm it for you.

Can someone positively ID the size of this Pacer on ebay please, the seller is not sure.
