We're about to put our place on the market and now our neighbour has piped up to say he's seriously interested...He's motivated, he's a nice guy, and he's offered a good price. It's a trap right?
We're not in a rush and there's no chain involved on either side, so what would my 1% agent fee get me here instead of selling privately?
