MSR is beyond me. 7 hours of virtually nothing year on year, then 10 mins unpredictable racing. It's Meh compared the the other spring classics. If it were a grand tour stage it'd be recapped by one of those episodes where Boardman rides a penny farthing and eats some regional dishes.

I didn't come here to be popular, I came here to express my feelings.

Which other race can see either a classics rider, a sprinter or a GC rider win?

It's not that you're wrong (and thanks for the article @fredtc) but I don't think the unpredictability of the winner outweighs the inevitability that 'it all happens' in the last 10km. But my apologies for being negative on what seems to be a classic edition of MSR.
