  • I felt that FO4 was just this generations FO3, didn't see it was much of a revolution, certainly less controversial than New Vegas (which I loved). Thought the missing son storyline was good as it got you into a mission mentality straight away (and then instantly get distracted and taken off somewhere else).

    I know what you mean tho, sometimes you gel with these things and sometimes you don't, with big, ponderous RPGs you have to really want to be in the world for it to work, like I recognise the genius of Skyrim but I could never bond with it.
